Payment Processor
Stripe or another processor may handle card payments, ACH, wallet funding, payouts, identity checks, subscriptions, refunds, disputes and marketplace transaction flows. Processor availability, fees and timing may vary by country, currency, bank and account status.
DZ Fees
Flex is listed as $0/month plus 5% per transaction. Pro is listed as $199/month plus 1% per transaction. The final terms should define currency, what counts as a transaction, whether processor fees and taxes are included or additional, and how fees apply to refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks and offline payments.
Skydiver Subscriptions
Free, Premium and Elite plan prices should match the Pricing page. Premium/Elite cancellations should take effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law or app-store rules require otherwise. Partial refunds are not promised except where required by law or stated in the final checkout terms.
Wallet Balance
Wallet balance is not a bank deposit, stored-value bank account or insured financial product. It may be usable only with participating DZs and may be subject to DZ policies, processor rules, fraud checks, refund rules, account limitations, taxes and legal requirements.
Marketplace Payments
Marketplace payments use authorization, holding, release, refund, and dispute flows through the payment processor. This is a processor-mediated payment protection, not a regulated escrow or trust account arrangement.
Release and Disputes
A marketplace payment is released when the buyer confirms receipt, automatically after a holding period with no dispute, or after dispute review.
Weather Holds and Refunds
Weather-related tandem or DZ cancellations may offer a full refund or rebooking path where supported by DZ policy. Non-weather refunds, no-shows, partial refunds and chargebacks should follow the applicable DZ policy, processor rules and law.
